Meet Attorney Lillian J. LaRosa
Background
I have been practicing family law in Massachusetts since I started out in 1982. When I first became an attorney here in Massachusetts, I was a general practitioner, dealing mostly with domestic relations, real estate and civil litigation cases. I quickly decided to focus my practice on domestic relations and probate law, helping families resolve disputes in these areas. In family and probate law, there is no one solution that fits every client, and as an attorney in Woburn, I am highly focused on the individual needs of each client I serve. This requires a thorough analysis of all the pertinent issues in the case and tailoring a solution designed to address these issues in a way that best serves my clients’ interests.
During my years of practice in Massachusetts, I have been honored to serve as guardian ad litem for Middlesex, Essex, Suffolk, and Norfolk Counties, investigating and reporting on child custody issues such as visitation as well as psychotherapist privilege issues. In addition, the Probate Courts have appointed me a guardian ad litem in cases involving persons who are incapacitated and matters of estate/trust accounting. I am also a conciliator for the Probate Court Conciliation Program in Middlesex County.
